adds "assumeMaxPostSwing": <true/false> to configs. this makes it so the first score calculation assumes max post swing score instead of zero. this is mostly useful for people without intermediate updates, and with really slow swings, which is mostly just poodle/paul players;
cleans up the main harmony patch;
reverts some other changes that i made that aren't necessary.
